If you cancel up to 7 days before the rental start date, you owe 90% of the gross rent. 5. If you cancel on the day of arrival or later, you owe the full rental amount. 6. From our house, you can walk directly into the dunes and reach the beach of Egmond aan Zee by bike in five minutes. Other villages such as Bergen, Bergen aan Zee, and even the city of Alkmaar with its famous cheese market are within cycling distance. Amsterdam is 20 minutes away from Heiloo train station.
Holiday destination
For your daily shopping needs, a supermarket, a warm bakery, a butcher, and a fishmonger are within walking distance. Egmond boasts a true family beach that stretches for no less than 8 kilometers, allowing for long beach walks at sunset while the children search for shells. The area surrounding the holiday apartment offers a diverse landscape for nature lovers.
Getting there
From Alkmaar or Castricum, take the Egmonderstraatweg. Turn right at the first traffic light after the gas station and then turn left after 20 meters. To get to the parking area, turn left at the end of the parking lot and you will enter the park.

Das Ferienhaus "Klein Geluk" verspricht nicht zu viel: wir haben wirklich unser kleines Glück gefunden. Im modern eingerichteten Häuschen mit allem drum und dran haben wir eine wunderbar entspannte Herbstwoche verbracht. Die Ausstattung aller Räume ist wirklich top und sehr gemütlich, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit Daan war absolut unkompliziert und sehr herzlich. Die Lage in Egmond ist sehr ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles in allem 100% weiter zu empfehlen - wir haben hier eine herrliche Woche verbracht und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal...

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber. Ein schönes, geschmackvolles Haus in einem ruhigen, kleinen Ferienpark mit Infrastruktur "um die Ecke". Betten bequem, Küche gut ausgestattet. Sehr guter Ausgangsort für Radtouren und Spazieren im Naturschutzgebiet. Strand fussläufig etwas weit - aber zwei Fahrräder vorhanden. Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche!
