Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy for Cube Zuiderzee 3, EuroPark Droompark Bad Hoophuizen
The general rule is:
In case of cancellation, cancellation fees will be charged.
These amounts are 50% of the reservation value for cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the trip or a free rebooking to another period within the same travel year, subject to the balance of any higher travel costs.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation costs are 100% of the reservation value or a free rebooking to another period within the same travel year, subject to the balance of any higher travel costs.
If the tenant does not arrive within 24 hours after the agreed arrival date without further notification, this will be considered a withdrawal.

Why don't I get the full travel price back if I want to cancel due to Corona?
Declarations of risk areas by the German government do not affect the Dutch rental relationship, and changing entry regulations or restrictions (testing requirements, quarantine, etc.) only affect personal well-being.
You have made a booking with us, and the holiday apartment is reserved for you during this period. You can have a safe holiday with us, and the apartment is ready for you, usable and cleaned. We understand that in these special times there are people who prefer to stay at home. In such a case, we are happy to help and will rebook free of charge to another period with an arrival date up to December 31 of the booking year.
The same applies to a proven Corona infection or quarantine order that prevents you or members of your travel group from starting the booked holiday with us.
In the event that a travel ban is actually and expressly issued by the German or Dutch authorities for the relevant travel period due to Corona, you can withdraw from the booking and receive an 85% refund of the travel price or a free rebooking to another period up to a maximum of 31.12. of the following year, subject to the balance of any higher travel costs.

Wir waren für eine Woche im Droompark. Traumhaftes Wetter, tolle Unterkunft und sehr nette Vermieter. Sie haben uns einen unvergesslichen Tag beschert. Wir denken immer gerne an diese Zeit zurück und kommen gerne wieder.
