Cancellation policy
Cancellation
The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement in writing. In the event of cancellation, we charge a fee of €50.00 and additionally bill the following costs:
• 20% of the rental price for cancellations up to 90 days before the start of the trip
• 50% of the rental price for cancellations from the 89th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip
• 80% of the rental price for cancellations from the 59th day to the 30th day before the start of the trip
• 100% of the rental price for cancellations from the 29th day before the start of the trip
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
The house is located in the Scheldeveste park with a pool, children's playground, and sports hall. Breskens is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts in Zeeland with miles of beaches and endless cycling paths. The park is right next to the de Waterdunen nature reserve.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus wird gut un Stand gehalten und man hat alles was man braucht, vor allem viel Platz und einen wunderschönen Garten.
Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Wir fahren schon über 20 Jahre in diesen Ferienpark und haben dementsprechend schon sehr viele Häuser gesehen. Das Haus der Familie Ketels war bisher das gepflegteste. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden (selbst Fahrräder) und nichts war kaputt oder abgewohnt. Auch der Kontakt und die gesamte Abwicklung haben reibungslos funktioniert. Wir können dieses Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
