Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation, the deposit (30%) is usually not refundable (in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB).
Cancellations by the guest between the 30th day before the agreed day of arrival and the day of arrival, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 30 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the agreed total price;
Cancellation at least 14 days prior to arrival: 80% of the agreed total price;
Cancellation less than 8 days prior to arrival: 100% of the agreed total price;

Our apartment Johanna-Wurdengeja in Selva Val Gardena is the ideal base camp for the famous SELLARONDA or Gardena Ronda, only 2 minutes on foot to the first Nives ski lift.
There's a ski rental nearby, as well as all amenities, shops and restaurants.
We also offer our guests: a private parking space and 1 parking space in our garage, a large garden for relaxing in, an amazing children's play area and a ski room with ski boot warmer.
In summer there is also a lockable room for your bikes.
Getting there
Our house is situated in a quiet, sunny location.
By car:
You can reach us via the A22 Brenner autobahn. From the north via Innsbruck-Brenner-Klausen. From the south via Verona-Bozen-Klausen. The best exit is Klausen/Val Gardena. From there you will reach Selva in 25 km (approx. 30 minutes by car)
By train:
Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium offer excellent IC and EC train connections. They go via Munich, Innsbruck, Brenner to Brixen and Bozen. A regular bus service from Brixen and Bozen conveniently goes to Val Gardena several times a day.
By plane:
The closest airports are in Bozen (approx. 45 km), Innsbruck (approx. 115 km), Verona (approx. 210 km), Brescia (approx. 240 km) and Bergamo (approx. 290 km)
