Cancellation policy
You must take out your own cancellation insurance.
In the event of cancellation, the tenant must pay the landlord compensation. This amounts to:
- if cancellation occurs three months before the start date or earlier: 15% of the agreed price;
- if cancellation occurs between three and two months before the start date: 50% of the agreed price;
- if cancellation occurs between two months and one month before the start date: 75% of the agreed price;
- if cancellation occurs within one month before the start date: 90% of the agreed price;
- if cancellation occurs on the day of the start date: 100% of the agreed price.
The compensation will be refunded on a pro-rata basis minus administrative costs if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the tenant and with the written consent of the landlord for the same period or part of this period.

The holiday apartment Sterflat 175 is just a stone's throw away from the beach and the sea, and only a few minutes' walk from the cozy village center with many shops, restaurants, and terraces. From the 7th floor on the sunny southwest side, you have a beautiful view of the sea. On the northeast side, there is an unobstructed view over the village and the dunes.
In the spacious, comfortable, and brightly furnished apartment, you will immediately feel at home. The view over the North Sea is overwhelming, and almost all year round, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets directly from the sofa in the living room or from the balcony.
Getting there
Drive towards Amsterdam via A9.
Take exit 10-Castricum and follow the N203/N8 towards Uitgeest. Then continue on the N203. After 6.2 km, turn left onto Zeeweg/N513. After 2.4 km, take the first exit at the roundabout onto Heereweg. At the first traffic light (after 6.5 km), turn left onto Heiloöer Zeeweg. At the next traffic light, go straight and at the following traffic light, turn right towards Boulevard by the Sea.
