Villa Ana is a beautiful, newly renovated house in Nemira, situated right on the beach. The sights and sounds of the sea without traffic noise provide the perfect backdrop for your dream vacation with family and friends, both human and furry. :) A large terrace, a pool, sun loungers, and a barbecue with sea views surround the house, offering everything you need to relax on your holiday.
The ground floor (110 m2) of our villa features a large open living area, including a living room, dining room, and kitchen with all amenities (dishwasher, filter coffee and espresso machine, kettle, ice maker, blender, and toaster, grill sandwich/waffle maker). Also on the ground floor is an additional playroom with a pull-out sofa, smart TV, PlayStation, and play area for children, as well as an extra toilet with a washing machine.
The first floor (120 m2) consists of 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers (3 x double bed and 1 x 2 single beds). All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs, wardrobes, and air conditioning. The south-facing bedrooms share a large terrace with stunning views of the sea and the island of Brac.

Villa Ana is located in Nemira. It boasts a lovely restaurant and a bar on the beach, just a short walk along the beach from the house. In Nemira, you will also find an ATM, a grocery store, and a coffee shop that serves breakfast.
Everything in Nemira is within walking distance. If you want to explore and have some adventure, Omiš and Split with their rich culture, nightlife, and a variety of recreational opportunities are nearby.
