The park features a gym and sauna, an outdoor pool (seasonal), a playground, and a basketball court. The surrounding area has a lot to offer. Hanseatic cities along the IJssel, such as Zutphen or Doesburg, are perfect for strolling. Utrecht is not far away, and the two national parks 'Veluwezoom' and 'De Hoge Veluwe' are also just a few kilometers away.
Holiday destination
The holiday park "Marina Strandbad" is situated right on the banks of the IJssel, offering excellent conditions for a variety of sports activities or just peace and relaxation. Guests of this chalet have access to a motorboat at the park's marina, which can be used on the IJssel without a license (season-dependent). With a rental period of three days, you can use it for one day, and with a rental period of six days, for two days. (The driver must be at least 25 years old or have a boating license.)
Additionally, cycling and walking are just as popular as canoeing or enjoying a coffee break at Sophia's restaurant.
Getting there
From the Ruhr area, take the A3 towards Arnhem. From Münsterland, travel via Enschede and Apeldoorn towards Arnhem.

Auch ohne Motorbootnutzung traumhaft! Wunderbar ruhiges und erholsames Osterfest in einem sehr komfartabel und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus mit meiner Schwester verbracht. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben! Ausstattung und Einrichtung wie in der Beschreibung, die Küche ist prima. Am Abend war der Gaskamin sehr gemütlich und angenehm. Freundliches Personal des Europarcs und nette Begrüßung kurz nach unserer Ankunft im Haus durch Herrn Heitzer . Und der Schwan schwimmt wirklich da vor dem Haus herum, wie auf dem Foto. Und dazu noch Bläßhühner und Enten, so daß man immer irgendwelche Vögel beobachten kann. Die Umgebung ist sehenswert, die Natur an der Ijssel und der Swarten Schaar, aber auch die naheliegenden Hansestädte Doesburg und Zutphen lohnen einen Besuch.
