Cancellation policy
Up to 30 days prior to departure cancellation fee of 50,00 €. Cancellation from 29 to 21 days prior to departure 20%, thereafter 80% of the total amount (excluding deposit) must be paid.
The tenant has the right to provide a substitute tenant who will take over the booking in full. A handling fee of € 50.00 may be charged for this.
Cancellation fees will not be charged then.

Cross-country skiing in Sachrang, there is also a floodlit track available at night.
A natural toboggan run is nearby. Skiing on the Kampenwand, within 35 min. range is in Austria the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser, in Kössen the Unterberg or Reit im Winkl /Steinplatte/Winklmoosalm.
Water sports and swimming in the surrounding lakes (Chiemsee etc.) in the Somme.
Cultural beauties of Upper Bavaria, but also the proximity to Salzburg, Munich and Rosenheim provide variety, whatever yout heart longs for.
Holiday destination
Pure nature: directly at the Prien, at the foot of the castle Hohenaschau many hiking trails and bike tours start right from your door. Approx. 750 metres to the Kampenwand cable car and many other mountain hikes. Approx. 900 metres across meadows to the village centre with shops, tourist information, railway station.
Salzburg 30 minutes, Munich 60 minutes driving time, hourly train connection - Prien/Chiemsee - Salzburg - Munich.
Rail travellers can use the tourist ticket to travel free of charge to Prien/Chiemsee by rail bus. Ideal starting point for mountain hiking, cycling tours 64 km around Lake Chiemsee or to Tyrol.
Lake Chiemsee (12 km away) is not only known for its beautiful landscape, but also for its world-famous sights.
Visit the fairytale castle of King Ludwig II on Herrenchiemsee. It is also worth visiting the "Fraueninsel" with the Frauenwörth monastery.
Getting there
By car:
motorway A8 Munich/Salzburg - exit 105 Frasdorf or exit 106 Bernau (5km)
by train:
- to Aschau from Prien or Rosenheim with the regional train of DB
- There are regular connections to Prien or Rosenheim via Munich with the Meridian and Eurocity
- Although the DB car passenger train was finally discontinued in 2016, the "Urlaubs-Express" will continue to take you from Hamburg-Altona to Munich with your car or motorcycle without any stress. The loading terminal in Munich at Ostbahnhof is conveniently located for the onward journey in the direction of Chiemgau.

Host informationIn July 2019 it was the famous love at first sight - when we found the house Elisabeth in this unique location, in this beautiful place and in this picturesque street. And so we were overjoyed when, as among many competitors, we were chosen to buy this very special apartment.
In the following weeks we planned the renovation of the apartment with great commitment and attention to detail and woke it from its Sleeping Beauty sleep in the first quarter of 2020.
We are pleased to share our "Lissi" - the small attic apartment in the historic, house Elisabeth in Hohenaschau with our guests and hope that you too will take home many happy memories.

Die Ferienwohnung Lissi im Haus Elisabeth ist zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Sie ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für vielerlei Ausflüge, Wanderungen und sonstige Aktivitäten. Der wunderschöne Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Bergwelt war immer wieder ein Erlebnis. Erwähnenswert ist noch das angenehme und unkomplizierte Parken direkt in der Tiefgarage, wo wir auch unsere Fahrräder sicher unterbringen konnten.
Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Wir möchten uns daher an dieser Stelle ganz herzlich für die schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung recht herzlich bedanken. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
