Cancellation policy
If you cancel the contract before the rental starts, without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents (excluding cleaning costs) are to be paid as compensation, provided that re-renting is not possible:
For cancellation up to 49 days before the rental starts, we charge 10% of the rental price, up to 35 days before 30% of the rental price, up to 21 days before 60% of the rental price, up to 14 days before 90% of the rental price, otherwise (later than 14 days before rental starts) 100% of the rental price.
Nevertheless, we will attempt to re-rent the property.
The aforementioned cancellation conditions do not apply if starting the holiday is not possible due to legal travel restrictions caused by the Corona pandemic. In this case, you will be refunded any payments already made.

Holiday destination
Rossatz-Arnsdorf is located on the right bank of the Danube in the Wachau region. You can not only cycle along the Danube cycle path but also take extended walks.
Hiking over the World Heritage Trail, excursions to Krems (20km) with its museums and the beautiful old town, to Melk Abbey (17km), to Vienna, to the Waldviertel, to Schallaburg, to the ruins of Aggstein, to the Jauerling with a view all the way to the Alps, boat trips on the Danube.
And of course, the numerous wine taverns and excellent gastronomy.
Getting there
Coming from the west by car via the A1, take the Melk exit and follow the signs towards Wachau, right bank of the Danube. From the east, via Krems/Mautern and follow the B33. Detailed directions will be sent to you along with your booking documents.

...nur wenige Schritte vom Ufer der Donau entfernt, regensicher, sehr bequem ausgestattet, man hört das Schlagen der Wellen gegen das Ufer, toller Blick auf die Landschaft gegenüber: dort zu sitzen ist Entspannung pur! Wir haben unsere Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen!
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Wohnung war so liebevoll hergerichtet, Obst und Blumen für uns zum Empfang. Fam. Sommer ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Wohnung hat viel Platz, eine Top-Ausstattung, außergewöhnlich perfekte Sauberkeit und einen großen Balkon mit einem wundervollen Blick auf die Donau!
Kurz gesagt: einfach großartig!!!
Wir können diese Ferienwohnung zu hundert Prozent empfehlen!!!
