De Braamhorst is a thatched cottage in a country house style, located on a 1,500 m² dune property. The house, with a large wrap-around terrace, is suitable for two to six people and is equipped for a North Sea holiday in any season.
The holiday home has underfloor/central heating, a cozy fireplace, stereo system, and cable TV. There's also a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, gas stove, and microwave. The bathroom features a sauna, a bathtub, and a shower with a Kneipp hose and drench.
Additionally, there's a children's swing, two bicycles, and a travel cot for children available. The ground floor is completely wheelchair accessible!

The house is located in a beautiful dune landscape. The beach can be reached in 5 minutes on foot through the dunes.
A mere three-quarter hour journey across the Wadden Sea and you find yourself in a different world. What makes Ameland such a special holiday island? Is it the magnificent beaches, forests, or dunes? Is it the picturesque villages where the past continues into the present? Or could it be the typical "island feeling" that makes Ameland so unique?
But Ameland has more to offer. With its numerous nightlife options, cozy cafes, and restaurants, no one need feel bored here. The range of sports activities includes tennis, golf, horseback riding, skydiving, and of course, every type of water sport. Besides long walks or bike rides, the island can also be explored through aerial tours. Moreover, various events are organized on Ameland throughout the year.

In case of cancellation by the tenant, 50% of the rental price is due 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. In the event of a short-term cancellation, within 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, the full rental price is due. Substitute tenants can be proposed by the tenant. However, the landlord is not fundamentally obliged to accept them. If re-renting is possible in a canceled period, the landlord will reimburse the tenant the payment made, offset by the difference of a possibly lower substitute rent and a flat fee for additional effort of 120 euros.
