Cancellation policy
If you cancel the contractual agreement, the cancellation fees before the start of the trip are:
0% up to 14 days before the start of the trip
70% for cancellations less than 14 days before the start of the trip. Travel cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. Failure to utilize the property during the rented period by the contracting party does not exempt from the payment of the rental fee.
If the holiday home is not accessible by the contracting party, for example due to official restrictions, or if the return journey to the home location is not possible or unreasonable due to entry restrictions, as is currently the case worldwide with Corona, 100% of the rental fee will be refunded.

Holiday destination
The holiday park is located right on the cleanest and most beautiful North Sea beach in the Netherlands and close to Oosterschelde and Veerse Meer. The surrounding area also offers numerous excursion possibilities. From strolling through Middelburg to the great attractions and marine animals at the nearby Deltapark Neeltje Jans, there is a lot to discover for both young and old. The small town of Zierikzee also attracts visitors with its monuments, historic harbor, and cozy cafes.
Getting there
Via Venlo, Eindhoven, Tilburg, Breda on the A58 towards Vlissingen, take the Goes exit onto the A256, then switch to the N256 to your destination.

Das Ferienhaus Strandbude hat uns sehr gut gefallen, alles funktionierte und sogar das Wetter war für die Jahreseit perfekt; wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gern wieder!
