Bathed in Mediterranean sunshine all day long, the vacation villa offers its up to 6 guests excellent, comfortable furnishings, a roof terrace that cannot be seen, Mediterranean green terrace areas, a covered outdoor bar, a brick barbecue and its own parking space.
The sun villa is located in a well-kept residence in Narbonne-Plage. The promenade, sandy beach and Mediterranean Sea are within walking distance. The four-legged companion will find in the immediate vicinity meadows, trees and walking paths to romp around and let off steam.
A living space of about 80 square meters is distributed on the first floor and upper floor.
The first floor presents itself with a kitchen equipped with all comforts, a dining area furnished with an extendable wooden table, a comfortable living area with a sofa and two armchairs, a guest toilet and a pantry.
The upper floor surprises with a bright daylight bathroom with bathtub, sink with illuminated mirror surface and a toilet, three bedrooms, each equipped with wardrobes, as well as a south-facing roof terrace that cannot be seen.
For the Mediterranean green terraces - shaded or sunny - table, comfortable armchairs and sun loungers are provided.

The sunny vacation home is only about 400 meters from the promenade of the charming seaside resort of Narbonne-Plage. The path leads past mulberry trees, oleander bushes and lush green lawns to the fine sandy beach on the deep blue sea.
The landscape around the vacation home is characterized by pine forests, vineyards and the scent of the typical herbs that can be found everywhere in the nearby La Clape mountains.
Within walking distance are the many stores, restaurants and bistros of the small town of Narbonne-Plage.
For the little ones there is beach playground, merry-go-round, fun train and much more.
Numerous sports and leisure activities are waiting to be used.
