Cancellation policy
In the event of timely cancellation, the amount will be refunded after deduction of expenses. We charge the following flat-rate cancellation fees:
- for a cancellation from the 90th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip: 25% of the rental price
- for a cancellation from the 29th day to the 10th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price
- for a cancellation from the 9th day to the 0th day before the start of the trip and in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price

Julianadorp aan Zee is located approximately 5 km south of Den Helder in the north of the North Holland province. The proximity to the dunes and the beach ensures that the village is very popular with tourists. Here, you can enjoy the magnificent beach, nature, the canoe route, and much more. Julianadorp aan Zee belongs to the municipality of Den Helder. The beaches here have been declared the cleanest beaches in North Holland, and Den Helder has the highest average number of sunshine hours per year in the Netherlands! Shopping, cheese, and flower bulb fields!
Julianadorp is about 30 km from Alkmaar. Here you can enjoy shopping and watch how North Holland cheese is made. Of course, there are also many restaurants and street cafes. Alkmaar is definitely worth a detour!
Or you can go to the Thursday market in Schagen. Also a cozy and interesting town!
At the end of April, you can visit the flower days in Breezand and Anna Paulowna. The flower bulb fields are then full of splendid flowers, and there are many beautiful flower mosaics to admire.

There is also plenty to do for sports enthusiasts! You can put together a route for jogging, walking, or cycling.
You can also use the canoe and bike route. It is 14 km long. This way, you can get to know Den Helder in a completely different way.
For canoeing, there are three starting points.
You can choose between the 'Dorpsroute', the 'Boerenlandroute', the 'Natuurroute', or the 'Stad- en Stellingroute'.
The beach offers possibilities for many different activities for young and old:
Power kiting, kite surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, relaxed walks, scavenger hunts, etc.

Die Wohnung ist super sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt, zum Strand sind es ca 10 Gehminuten. Perfekte Raumaufteilung, Terrasse mit Sitzgruppe und Blick auf die Dünen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder
