Holiday destination
This extraordinary chalet is located less than 10 minutes by car from the town centre. A restaurant is within walking distance of the house and the nearest stores are about 7 minutes away by car.
The Stubnerkogel ski lift can be reached in just under 10 minutes by car; the nearest ski bus stop (line 567 violet) is 10 minutes away on foot. We also recommend the ski depot located right at the gondola. Bad Gastein, also known as Monte Carlo of the Alps, is located in the heart of Hohe Tauern National Park at 1,100m above sea level. You can go from the ski slope directly to the thermal baths - two incomparable thermal baths surrounded by a unique mountain panorama. Only in Gastein. Over 200 kilometres of slopes spread across a total of 4 ski areas featuring the latest lifts and excellent snow reliability await fans of winter sports. Diverse runs within the extensive ski area and cosy huts invite you to take advantage of unlimited skiing and snowboarding fun. The high alpine Sportgastein (2,700m) is known as a freerider's paradise and will excite any freestyle skier.
Our recommendation: the Sound & Snow music festival features numerous international artists on stage. In summer you can go on countless wonderful hikes as well as cycling and mountain bike tours. An excursion to nearby Salzburg (1.5 hours by car) is also worth a trip. Golf fans will also get their money's worth.

Host informationWe are a family with two adult daughters from the Heidelberg region in Germany.
This year we've fulfilled our dream of having a holiday home in Bad Gastein.
Since we're unable to use the chalet ourselves year-round, we'd love to share this wonderful place with you.
In terms of holiday home rentals, we've already gained some experience with our "Lütt Hütt Mitte" in Hohwacht on the Baltic Sea and we look forward to your positive feedback.

Schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit allen was man für dem Alltag benötigt.
Viele traumhafte Wanderwege direkt vom Haus aus.
Schöne Aussichten von denn Terrassen, nette Nachbarschaft. Schöne Sauna. und und und.
Die Aussichten der direkt anliegenden Wanderwege sind alle samt ein träumchen.
Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Bad Gastein.
Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen und eine schöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus verbringen.
Die Vermieter sind auch mega nett und hilfsbereit.

Eine sehr schönes komplett eingerichtetes Ferienhaus wo man sich sehr wohl fühlt.
Es fehlte an nichts.
Einen kleinen Wermutstropfen gibt es leider doch. Der Wasserdruck im Haus ist leider nur sehr schwach so das im oberen Bad, das Wasser nur sehr schwach aus der Dusche kommt und noch weniger Wasser kommt wenn das untere Bad zur gleichen Zeit genutzt wird.
Das allgemeine Fazit ist aber ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus wo es sich lohnt Urlaub zu machen.
