Cancellation policy
Booking and cancellation conditions:
- We require a deposit of 30% of the total amount to be made by bank transfer or credit card charge.
- In case of cancellation, the amount of the deposit will be refund (excluding bank charges), only if the written communication is received at least 30 days before the date of arrival. After this deadline no refund will be done but the payment will still be kept as a bonus for a new reservation to be made by the end of October (the bonus can also be transferred and used by friends and relatives).

Our Residence, welcoming and surrounded by nature, is located in a strategic position to easily reach all sides of the Island of Elba, not to miss even one of the many surprises that the Island offers. From here you can reach many beaches in just a few minutes and without any stress, from fully equipped to savage ones among the most beautiful on Elba. The variety of beaches, from the most equipped and comfortable for families to the romantic and uncontaminated for couples, are one of the characteristics of the coastline that surrounds the Residence. At 1 km from "La Valdana" our guests enjoy, exclusively, free parking at the Felciaio beach, one of the most beautiful on the island.
Getting there
Once you get off the ferry in Portoferraio, follow the signs for Porto Azzurro. After 7 km, you will get to the junction for Lacona, keep going for another 800 meters and you will see the Panigacci Restaurant on your right. Then just follow the signs for the residence.
If, on the other hand, you are coming from Cavo or Rio Marina, take the road for Porto Azzurro. Once you have passed the town, keep going for about 2 km, and when you get to the traffic lights, turn right and keep going for 3 kms. Several bends further along, you will find the Panigacci Restaurant and the road that leads to our residence.
