No free cancellation available.
The booking becomes binding upon timely receipt of the deposit and the signed rental agreement.
If you are unable to commence your trip as planned, the following cancellation terms apply:
- 90 days before the start of the rental period: 35%
- 60 days before the start of the rental period: 55%
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 75%
- 14 days or less before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to avoid financial disadvantages in such cases.
Charging electric cars at the house is not permitted. At the entrance of the Roompot Service building, there are several fast-charging stations available for a fee.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus inmitten einer schönen Wohnanlage. Ein sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren und sind sehr zufrieden, gerade auch wegen der netten und zuvorkommenden Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Das Haus hat alles, was man benötigt und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Jedes einzelne Bild der Homepage entspricht der Realität. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder in dieses wunderschöne Haus!

Das Haus ist äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat absolut nichts gefehlt. Wir haben diese Woche sehr genossen und sind nächstes Jahr nach Möglichkeit wieder dort.
Überdies war die Kommunikation zur Frau Stegmann sehr angenehm!
