Cancellation policy
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. After that you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 2 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show, you will be charged the full booking price minus tourist tax. We recommend that you take out trip cancellation insurance.

Getting there
By car or motorbike:
Braunlage can be reached via Bundesstraße 4, from Braunschweig and Bundesstraße 27.
By train
The closest train stations are in Sorge and Elend on the Harzquerbahn. DB train stations are located in Bad Harzburg, Goslar, Bad Lauterberg, Walkenried and Wernigerode. From there (except for Goslar) there are bus connections to Braunlage.
By bus
There are regular bus connections to Braunlage from Bad Harzburg (approx. 38 minutes, every hour), from Sankt Andreasberg (approx. 20 minutes) and from Walkenried (approx. 38 minutes, every two hours). Other connections include Elend (approx. 13 minutes) and Wernigerode (approx. 1 hour).
