Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the following percentages, calculated from the total net rental price, are due in the following scale:
Cancellation 45 days before departure 20%.
Cancellation 44 days to 33 days before departure 30%.
Cancellation 32 days to 22 days before departure 60%.
Cancellation 21 days prior to departure until departure 90%
If the owner proves a subsequent tenant for the agreed travel period who is willing to enter into the rental agreement under the same conditions, the tenant's obligation to reimburse is cancelled accordingly. The owner, for his part, shall endeavour to find a substitute tenant. The tenant's obligation to reimburse is also reduced accordingly in this case.
