The Lammer Valley is well positioned for excursions, with or without a car. With all kinds of things to do and outstanding natural beauty right on your doorstep, you will never get bored.
Getting there
Drive through Abtenau-market and stay on the main road towards "Russbach", after about 1.5 km turn left (after the restaurant "Fischbachstube). After about 200 m (low pitch) you have to turn right and then it is the 1st house again on the left side.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub bei Familie Höll sehr genossen. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen: ein traumhafter Blick vom Balkon, die Ausstattung ist großartig, die Betten super, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut. Also 5 von 5 Sternen. Wenn es uns nach Österreich verschlägt, kommen wir wieder!

Der Aufenthalt bei den Hölls war wirklich super! Obwohl die Eigentümerin mit im Haus wohnt, war zu jeder Zeit die Privatsphäre gewährleistet, was uns persönlich sehr wichtig ist. Die Wohnung hatte alles was das Herz begehrt (außer einer Waschmaschine, womit aber sicher mal leben kann ;-)). Die Küche bot alles, was man zum Kochen oder Backen braucht. Unsere Hunde waren zu unserer Freude ebenfalls sehr willkommen. Die Lage ist super. Zwar hört man natürlich unten im Tal mal die vorbeifahrenden Autos oder Traktoren, dafür ist man aber auch schnell in jede Richtung mobil (ob zu Fuß oder Rad über diverse Wanderwege, mit dem Bus oder natürlich dem Auto). In unserem Fall war sogar eine kostenlose Bus-und Bahnfahrkarte dabei, mit welcher wir z.B. nach Salzburg fahren konnten. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!
