Cancellation policy
If a contract is cancelled, we can charge the guests, in addition to the booking fee, the following costs:
- Cancellation until the 42nd calendar day (exclusive) before arrival: a deposit amounting to 30% of the travel price;
- Cancellation from the 42nd calendar day (inclusive) up to the 28th calendar day (exclusive) before arrival: 35% of the travel price;
- Cancellation from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) up to the 21st day (exclusive) before arrival: 40% of the travel price;
- Cancellation from the 21st calendar day (inclusive) up to the 14th day (exclusive) before arrival: 50% of the travel price;
- Cancellation from the 14th calendar day (inclusive) up to the 5th day (exclusive) before arrival: 75% of the travel price;
- Cancellation from the 5th calendar day (inclusive) up to the day of arrival: 90% of the travel price; - Cancellation on the day of departure or later: the full amount.

Holiday destination
Westkapelle is located directly by the sea, nestled between the beach, dyke, dunes, a small lake/creek, and a forest area to the south of the town.
A marked hiking trail circles the lake, and anglers can find their favored spot. Right at the town center, there is a small beach at the location where the dyke was breached in 1944.
To the south of the town begins the long beach that stretches all the way to Vlissingen! Approximately 12 km of sandy beach unfold there, where you can enjoy endless strolls along the shore. Even during a hefty southwesterly storm, this beach route is bustling, and not just on the sand.
In various beach pavilions, you can stop by for a bite, with a fantastic view of the sea.
Getting there
You can arrive and depart any day. Arrivals from 4:00 PM (or by arrangement). Departures by 10:00 AM (or by arrangement). During the high season, arrival and departure only on Saturdays (rental only by the week).
