Cancellation policy
Covid-19: If you cannot travel to Toscolano-Maderno due to Covid-19 regulations in Germany or Italy, you have the opportunity toy cancel the rent before arrival. In this case we will refund all payments you've already made.
You have the opportunity to cancel the rent contract by sending us a letter. In this case, the following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellation until the 45th day before rental start: 20% of the total rent
Cancellation until the 35th day before rental start: 30% of the total rent
Cancellation until the 21st day before rental start: 60% of the total rent
Cancellation until the 14th day before rental start: 75% of the total rent
After that the cancellation fee is 90% of the total rent
We will try to rent our the apartment to other guests to possibly reduce the cancellation fee. In any case we recommend to have a cancellation insurance.

Wir haben 2 schöne Wochen in ihrem gemütlichen Appartement verbracht. Alles war top, die Einrichtung, der super Blick auf den See und die große Terrasse. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der Ausstattung der Küche. Es war alles vorrätig um entspannt zu kochen. Und der große Pool ist ein Traum. Man kann ganz entspannt seine Bahnen schwimmen und einen tollen Ausblick auf den See genießen. Und Herr Davignon, der Vermieter, ist außerdem sehr hilfsbereit.

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Kindern zwei Wochen in der schönen Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist modern und wirklich komplett ausgestattet, super klimatisiert und gut für vier Personen geeignet. Die großzügige Terrasse bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Toscolano-Madero und den Gardasee. Ebenso schön und exklusiv ist der zur Wohnung gehörige Gemeinschaftspool mit einem tollen Ausblick über den Gardasee und sehr guten Liegemöglichkeiten. Man kann von der Wohnung auch ohne Auto über einen sehr schönen, circa 15-minütigen Fußweg runter in den Ort gehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
