The maisonette apartment/townhouse offers spacious, air-conditioned living space for four people on two levels. The new and tasteful furnishing in modern style corresponds to the taste of the time.
The spacious living-dining area with balcony and large flat screen is on the 1st floor, as well as the fully equipped, brand new open kitchen. The 2nd floor is divided into two attractively furnished bedrooms with double beds and a beautiful shower room.
Especially nice are the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and in the larger bedroom on the 1st floor. The integrated sliding wardrobes in the bedrooms are very spacious and offer a lot of storage space.

The maisonette apartment/townhouse is located in the centre of Sainte Maxime at about 90 m from the nearest beach. All amenities like restaurants and shopping facilities as well as the regular ferry to St. Tropez are within walking distance.
From the balcony with awning you have a beautiful view of the boules court of Sainte Maxime and a small sea view.
