The comfortable stone villa Olitrus with large private swimming pool is situated in the middle of a plot of 5500 sqm covered with Mediterranean trees such as olives, citrus fruits and fruit trees and is ideal for couples or a family of up to 6 people.
Villa Olitrus is fully equipped with modern conveniences and offers an open plan kitchen that is both modern and cosy. In the living room there is a sofa bed for a 7th guest. On the ground floor there are three very comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with hand-picked furniture. One of them has a spacious en-suite bathroom with a large shower. All rooms are on the ground floor and overlook the lush green garden. A free Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the villa. The roof terrace is accessible by stairs and offers a fantastic view of the village, the fertile plain of Messara, the archaeological site of Phaistos and the Ida Mountains with Mount Psiloritis. Very impressive!
In the sunny front garden lies the inviting and large private swimming pool with chlorine-free salt filter system, which is very skin-friendly. The adjoining sunbathing area with shading and also the outside grill as well as the tranquillity of the surroundings invite you to linger in the beautiful complex. The southern orientation of the Olitrus Villa lets the sun shine all day long to the pool and the front garden. Close to the house there is also a natural water source. A charming place to enjoy privacy, tranquility, sun and nature!

Getting there
You can reach Crete from Germany, but also Switzerland or Austria comfortably from many airports. The nearest airport is in Heraklion.
From the airport we will gladly arrange a rental car for you, so that you can easily reach the holiday home.
Another possibility is the arrival by ferry from Venice and Ancona.

Wir waren vom 19. bis 30.10. in der wunderschönen Villa in Kamilari. Mit 4 Personen ist ausreichend - fast zuviel - Platz, die 3 Schlafzimmer sind sehr geräumig, die Matratzen der Doppelbetten wunderbar! In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, das Wohnzimmer haben wir leider ;-) überhaupt nicht genutzt, weil wir 11 Tage Sonnenschein hatten und die ganze Zeit praktisch draußen verbracht haben! Natürlich auch am Pool, der täglich gereinigt wird. Überhaupt war alles sehr sauber und vor allem Yannis ein sehr sehr netter Gastgeber! Die 4 Katzen haben wir alle in unser Herz geschlossen, am liebesten hätten wir sie mitgenommen.
Vielen vielen Dank an Yannis und auch an die reibungslose Vermittlung von Fam. Kirmaier! Wir würden gern noch einmal wiederkommen!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Villa! Die Lage ist traumhaft, das Haus selbst sehr stilvoll und gemütlich. Alles war perfekt, von den Zimmern bis hin zum wunderschönen Garten mit Pool, in dem wir viele entspannte Stunden verbracht haben. Auch die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir konnten hier eine unvergessliche Zeit verbringen. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
