The holiday home Kumpitsch is located in Southern Styria, 1 km from the center of St. Johann im Saggautal and is situated in a quiet location. Our region is nestled among meadows, fields, and forests, as well as the wine-growing area of Eichberg-Leutschach, Glanz, Ehrenhausen, Gamlitz, and Kitzeck. Right next to the house, there is a bike and hiking trail. Available bikes can be stored in the garage. If you would like to rent bikes, there is an e-bike rental in the immediate vicinity. For enthusiastic anglers, there are fishing opportunities nearby.

Wir waren zwei Wochen bei Familie Kumpitsch in deren Ferienhaus zu Gast.
Das Ferienhaus entspricht den Bildern und die Beschreibung der Ausstattung stimmt vollumfänglich.
Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem außergewöhnlichen Ferienhaus sehr genossen.
Es fehlte an nichts, als wäre man bei sich selbst Zuhause.
Der schön angelegte Garten mit dem großen schattenspenden Baum und der große Pool machten unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Oase perfekt.
Die unaufdringliche Betreuung durch die Eheleute Kumpitsch und deren Herzlichkeit und Liebenswürdigkeit trugen maßgeblich zu dem schönen Urlaub bei.
Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden selbst auf jeden Fall einmal wiederkommen.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Das Ferienhaus mit top Ausstattung, alles vorhanden was man im Alltag braucht. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, sowohl das Haus als auch der Garten. Ruhige Lage zum Entspannen. Der Swimmingpool sehr gepflegt und groß genug um einige Runden zu schwimmen. Perfekter Urlaub wenn man entspannen und mit dem Rad Ausflüge machen möchte. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
