Cancellation policy
Please inform us in a timely manner if you must cancel your holiday.
The following cancellation costs are calculated:
•Up to 60 days before the start of the holiday you will receive the down payment minus a flat rate of € 25.00 or the entire down payment (without flat rate) will be credited to you for a later holiday in the holiday home "Kleine Auszeit".
•From 60 days up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be forfeited for our benefit.
•30 days before the start of the holiday we have to invoice 80% of the booking price.
•In the event of late arrival or early departure, we charge the total length of stay, provided
the holiday home could not be rented out.
Notes:
Short-term bookings and inquiries are possible by phone.
Bookings that deviate from the minimum stay are possible on request.

Holiday destination
The house is located in the middle of the holiday village Waldsee Rieden (Eifel), directly on the geological trail Riedener Kessel and the dream path Waldseepfad Rieden. This is the starting point for the 14.2 km circular hiking trail. The Waldseepfad Rieden is one of the 26 dream paths that have been awarded the hiking seal of the German Hiking Institute as a specialty hiking trail.
In the western part of Rieden there is a mineral spring with drinking water with high iron content as well as a Kneipp basin fed with spring water.
In the town centre there is a small “corner shop” that provides residents and holidaymakers with the most necessary items.
Due to the fantastic location and the fascinating nature, Rieden is a paradise for hikers, cyclists and connoisseurs.
Getting there
By car:
You can reach the Waldsee Rieden holiday park from Cologne/Bonn and Koblenz as follows:
- Via the A61 to the Wehr/Nürburgring exit (No. 33)
- Follow the B412 towards Nürburgring (approx. 3 km)
- Take the Wehr / Rieden exit and
- Turn left onto the L114 (approx. 500 m),
-Then turn left onto the K64
-Follow the K64 continuing to the K19
-The K19 runs through the center of Rieden
- Behind the town sign (approx. 700 m), turn left into the Waldsee Rieden holiday park
-The "Kleine Auszeit" is the 3rd street on the left (sun terrace 1)

Wir haben gemeinsam mit unserem Enkel und unserem Hund eine Woche in diesem sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und die Außenanlage sehr gepflegt.
Wir dürften Anfang des Jahres ein anderes Haus von Frau Linker bewohnen und waren dort auch sehr zufrieden.
Unsere Erwartungen wurden auch hier voll und ganz erfüllt.
Auch die Erreichbarkeit und aussergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit können wir nur bestätigen.
Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf das nächste Jahr .
