Villa Palatine, with 100 m² of living space, is located in a small cul-de-sac in the south of the St. Tropez peninsula in La Croix Valmer. On the property, approximately 1,200 m² in size, stand two semi-detached villas that share a common driveway.
In just a few minutes, you can walk to the magnificent 4 km long sandy beach. On your way to the beach, you'll pass a supermarket offering fresh fruits and vegetables, grilled delicacies, fresh meat, and delicious baked goods.
The entrance to the villa is not wheelchair accessible.

Host informationWe have been passionate fans of the region around La Croix Valmer for many years and purchased the newly built Villa Palatine in 2005. Since our children are no longer of compulsory school age, we rent out Villa Palatine for a few weeks in the summer. We offer flexible arrival times, as the motorways are completely congested on weekends in July and August.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Palatine sehr genossen. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, der Garten ist traumhaft angelegt. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Strand ist mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen. Die Lage des Hauses ist äußerst ruhig, die Größe sehr komfortabel. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns zwei Wochen als Familie mit zwei volljährigen Kindern in der Villa Palatine bei Fam. Kuffler eingebucht und uns wunderbar erholt. Fam. Kuffler ist ein fantastischer Vermieter, jederzeit ansprechbar und kümmert sich liebevoll und aufmerksam um jedes Anliegen. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, ruhig und sicher. Wir haben den privaten Parkplatz sehr geschätzt und sind nahezu ohne Pkw ausgekommen. Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, die private Wohngegend liegt großzügig und verkehrsberuhigt. Zusammen mit Garten und Terrasse bietet die Villa viele Aufenthalts- und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, die Klimageräte sind leise und modern. Wir wurden mit kühlen Rosé, Wasser und einer tollen Grundausstattung empfangen, sodass der Urlaub sofort starten konnte. Danke für die tolle Zeit!
