The bedrooms (2 or 3) and a large bathroom with a washbasin, a bathtub, toilet, and a separate shower are located upstairs. The interior is romantic, luxurious, and leaves nothing to be desired. The fireplace in the living room is equipped with Makkumer tiles (not in every house).
The tiled floor in the living room and bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating. In the cozy, large fitted kitchen, there is of course a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, and a stove with an oven. The washer-dryer combo is located in the storage room. The quiet park with the reception is situated by a small lake with an island and is exclusively accessible to guests and residents. The park caters to both young and old, ideal for couples or families in search of peace, beach lovers, and nature enthusiasts. In the center, on an island, there is a playground. Here, young children can enjoy delightful activities with their parents, such as the pirate ship, soccer field, table tennis, jeu de boules, and much more. It's possible to go cycling, but also to fish at the water's edge, truly delightful!
Near the holiday home Buitenplaats 63, there are lovely facilities and a host of activities are organized. In Callantsoog, for instance, you'll find several restaurants and beach pavilions perfect for a tasty snack and a drink. A supermarket is just around the corner for all your groceries.
The beach is within walking distance, where numerous activities are organized in the summer. Such as a morning horseback ride or learn to kitesurf at the local kitesurfing school. The many hiking and cycling paths through the beautiful dune area will lead you to nearby places like Julianadorp aan Zee and Schoorl.

Article 6:
Cancellation
1.
In the event of cancellation, the holiday seeker must pay the operator
compensation. This amounts to:
- 15% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs three months or
more before the start date;
- 50% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between three
and two months before the start date;
- 75% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between two
months and one month before the start date;
- 90% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs within one
month of the start date;
- 100% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs on the start
date itself.
2.
The compensation will be refunded proportionally, minus
administrative costs, if the spot is reserved by a third party on the
recommendation of the holiday seeker and with the written
consent of the operator for the same period or part of the period.
