The apartment is located on the ground floor and has beautiful private terrace areas that go directly into the garden. You can choose between sunny and shady outdoor areas at any time, as the open spaces extend over two sides of the house and there is a charming, large terrace roof "Portico".
Note on the holiday home: Despite the size of the property, we have decided in the interest of our guests to only build two spacious ground floor apartments and not to convert the country house into a bed castle with maximum occupancy. We think that our guests can enjoy the most beautiful weeks of the year in peace without having to deal with too many other tourists in a confined space. Thus, the entire property with its 5,000 m², fenced dream property and the approx. 60 m² pool is only available to the guests of the two apartments. The fact that the two apartments with their own terraces are completely separated from each other and arranged on opposite sides of the house also contributes to a relaxing stay. For the same reason, the upper floor of the house is not occupied during the rental period.
Note on the pool: Regarding the swimming pool area, it should also be mentioned that it is completely fenced, with its spacious lawn and terrace areas, separately, child-friendly and waxed with hedges and has a very valuable and large, shady roof.

The area surrounding our apartment offers all the prerequisites for a relaxing holiday. Despite the pleasant proximity to the sea, you are in a very idyllic setting, far away from mass tourism. The surrounding area offers a very good infrastructure with all conceivable leisure, sports and shopping opportunities. Likewise, very diverse cultural and culinary offers that guarantee the typical 'Italy holiday feeling'.
Our place Orciano di Pesaro offers everything you need for everyday life (restaurants, bank, doctors, pharmacy, supermarkets, etc.) and just a few minutes away you will find a variety of typical restaurants, agritourism, as well as wineries, oil mills, cheese farmers. The nearby cities by the sea such as Fano or Senigallia tempt you to go shopping and offer all kinds of leisure activities with countless fish restaurants, ice cream parlors and the wonderful sandy and pebble beaches. So a relaxing environment with very good infrastructure and extremely friendly people!

Reisende, die mindestens 60 Tage vor der Anreise stornieren, erhalten 100% des bisher bezahlten Betrages zurück. Wenn sie zwischen 30 und 60 Tagen vor der Anreise stornieren, erhalten sie 50% zurück.
Darüber hinaus empfehlen wir unseren Gästen grundsätzlich den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung, da diese das Risiko für den Mieter absichert.
Finden wir einen adäquater Ersatzmieter, dann entstehen dem Mieter im Falle einer Stornierung grundsätzlich keinerlei Kosten von unserer Seite!
