Cancellation policy
It sounds frustrating and is frustrating. It's a shame for everyone when rooms remain empty when other guests would have loved to come. On the other hand, no one is immune to something getting in the way.
Our request:
Inform us in a timely manner. We try to be reasonable and as long as we can let the room again, there are no further costs involved.
Otherwise the following rules applies:
•Free cancellation up to 1 month before arrival.
•From 1 month to 14 days before arrival, 30% of the travel price.
From 14 days before arrival or in the case of early departure, 90% of the price.
