As you can see from the pictures on our website, there is a private beach/sand pool just in front of our villa with sunloungers and umbrellas all around In addition, we have also installed air-conditioners in our villa. You can use the air-conditioner optionally when you need cool weather by paying for the extra electricity consumption.
Holiday destination
Shops and restaurants are within 200 to 2000 m from the villa. The beach is 50 m directly in front of the villa and is within walking distance. 3km from the village of Ild?r. 15km from Alacati (one of the world's most famous surfing centre), 12km from Ilica, 18km from Cesme, 75kmfrom Izmir, 170 km from Ephesus, 220 km Pergamum, 320 km Pamukkale and 80km from the airport (Adnan Menderes). As you can see from the pictures on our website, there is a private beach/sand pool just in front of our villa with sunloungers and umbrellas all around. Getting there
Reservation is make for weekly period stay. Basic price (for 1-4 person) is 650 € for high season (01 Jun -30 Sept), 300 € for mid-season ( 01. Oct - 30.Nov), Middle season 300 eur. (01 Apr - 31 May) 200 € for low-season (01 Dec. -31 Mar). For each additional person we charge 65 € for high season, 30 € for mid-season, 20 € for low-season. Meanwhile 40 Euro is added to rental price for final cleanin

Ich habe mit meiner Famile und meinem ultra lieben Labbi eine kurzreise geplant und diese Herrschaften kontaktiert. Jedoch war der Herr am Telefon sehr gelangweilt und desinteressiert. Als ich von meimem Hund erwaehnt habe, hat er kurzen Prozess gemacht und abgelehnt. Die Art und Weisse der Ablehnung war auch nicht sehr nett. Falls ihr mit euren Vierbeiner Freunden einen Urlaub plant könnt ihr einen grossen Bogen drum machen. :)

We were a group of friends and had a great time at the Villa Banu. When it says "Villa close to the sea" you can absolutely believe that it IS close to the sea! Absolutely delightful! The water was warm and clean and there weren't too many people around. The garden of the villa is beautiful and big, so that you can have a relaxing rest beneath the palm trees. The area around the house is nice and quiet. Ibrahim, the host, was very helpful in every aspect. For a short trip I would recommend Alaciti - absolutely charming and beautiful! We'd love to come back!
