Cancellation policy

cancellation policy: 60 days before your arrival date a cancellation fee of 25% ; between the 60th and the 31st day cancellation fee of 50%; by 31st day penalty of 100% of the balance “Guaranteed refund” policy in the following cases and for any stay until 10/31/2023 : - If guests are unable to go to the place of the rental property (for example : lockdown, travel ban or border shutdown) - If the host is under the obligation to cancel the holiday rental as a result of a decision taken by the government authorities concerned (for example : sanitary conditions, prohibition to rent, closing of accommodation). Important: This guaranteed refund does not cover other cases such as : closed restaurants, curfew, personal worries, client's sickness (including covid).

Comments

compulsory charge of €300 per booking for cleaned house, bed and bath linen,gas, pool maintenance. Compulsory weekly consumptions €300. Cot €50 per week and high chair €50 per week. Tourist tax € 5 per person (over 11y.o.) per day for the first 7 days. In the event of no-disposal of the waste €250+TAX will be apply.
