In our seafront facilities the sound of the waves comes in and the view is lost in the crystal-clear colours of the bay and its sunsets.
Direct access to the beach from the property is the pass for an experience that goes beyond a holiday and day after day becomes well-being, harmony, balance, peace. Intense scent of Mediterranean scrub, sun and sea. Balm for the body, cure for the soul. A therapy whose effects last well beyond your stay.
This magical strip of land and sea is just a five-minute drive from the town centre, the golf course, the marina - which also offers bike, moped and dinghy hire services - and is a short distance from the other beautiful beaches of Villasimius.
Spending days of relaxation in one of the three facilities included in the mini-residential complex overlooking the sea - with attention to detail and equipped with every comfort - is a concert of the senses, a sweet melody that beats the rhythm of your time, giving you back the flavour of an exceptional stay. And at dusk the sunset, clearly visible from all the terraces, which in few other places in Sardinia is so intense.
A spectacle of light and colour reflected in the water. The sun hides behind the horizon, swallowed by the sea, to make way for a starry sky. It is the sea singing a lullaby. At the same spot, on the other side of the world, it is already dawn.
A joy for the soul, a fantastic place to wait for the sunset while relaxing lying on the sand and bathing in crystal clear waters. The bay of Cala Caterina is set in the southern slope of the promontory of Capo Carbonara, the extreme south-eastern tip of the island, and is formed by several inlets, two main ones. One is very small, not very crowded, surrounded by granite rocks. The beach is almost closed on itself, with a background of fine white sand that plunges into a sea of a thousand reflections, of a color between emerald green and blue, which contributes to the chromatic variety of the landscape. Well sheltered from the mistral, it is bounded on one side by a cliff, on the other it gives way to polished rocks. The seabed is low and sandy, full of fish that will crowd your feet. Here the sandy bottom is ideal for snorkeling.

Together with my girlfriend i spent a beautiful week in the small but charming waterfront studio. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. A comfortable double bed, small stove, a microwave oven and even a TV. Thanks to our host Roberto for using the Wi-Fi. The highlight of the apartment is undoubtedly the breathtaking terrace with a view you never will forget. Also the location is very good. Close to other nice beaches and max. 5min drive by car to the center of Villasimius. Many thanks to Roberto, the owner of the apartment. He was always reachable and gave us brilliant tips for lunch and dinner locations. Next time we will have an expresso together..
