Cancellation policy
In the event of timely cancellation, the amount will be refunded after deduction of expenses. We charge the following flat-rate cancellation fees:
- for cancellation from the 90th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip: 25% of the rental price
- for cancellation from the 29th day to the 10th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price
- for cancellation from the 9th day to the 0th day before the start of the trip and in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price
Cancellation costs €50.00 and rebooking €25.00

The apartment is located in a quiet complex just behind the dunes. A few minutes' walk will take you to the beautiful, extensive North Sea beach. Here you will find 2 cozy beach pavilions, one of which is open 365 days a year.
The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities from high ropes courses, golf or mini-golf to a swimming pool in Den Helder, charming towns like Alkmaar, Bergen, and Schagen, and the opportunity for excursions to Amsterdam or the island of Texel. Beautiful nature can be explored on great bicycle and canoe tours. A bicycle rental is nearby. In spring, Julianadorp is surrounded by colorful flower fields.

Wir sind verreist als Familie ohne Haustier,
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gross genug für 3 -4 Personen und sehr schön eingerichtet.
Man erreicht den Strand sehr gut zu Fuss in ca. 8 Minuten.
Für unsere Erfahrung mit Holland, war die Wohnung, sehr sauber.
Es hat an nichts gefehlt, wer öfters schon in Holland war, weiß das alles vom Ablauf her, ruhiger abläuft.
Das Vakantiebüro war wie beschrieben, zwar Sperrlich mit seinen Angaben, aber alle waren super nett und es hat alles mit Anreise, Abreise etc. Super funktioniert.
