It features a living/dining room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the smaller with bunk beds, a dressing room, a hallway, and a bathroom with shower/toilet/bidet. From the green terrace, you have a unique panoramic view over the lake and the opposite shore, which stretches from Monte Baldo to Isola del Garda, covering the entire southern part of the lake.
A satellite TV with German channels, a radio with an Apple docking station, and many kitchen appliances make the stay comfortable, as does the permanently installed air conditioning, which can also provide heating if needed.
In the garden, there is a table set and 2 sun chairs/loungers available.
The building has an elevator, which you can use to conveniently reach the apartment on the 1st floor and the pool on the 2nd floor.
A large pool over 25 meters in length, with sunbathing areas and panoramic views as well, invites you to sunbathe and swim.
There is excellent provision for relaxation, peace, and a variety of sports and cultural activities.
You can park in the garage belonging to the apartment (note: small garage, tight and difficult to maneuver) or on a fenced parking space belonging to the apartment (about 100 m walk).

The nearby towns of Gardone, a luxury resort from the early 20th century, and Saló, a small town with one of the most beautiful (and longest) lake promenades, invite you for walks, sightseeing, and shopping. Heading north from Toscolano-Maderno, you reach picturesque places like Bogliaco, Villa, and Gargnano, which also exude a lot of original charm.
Toscolano is an ideal starting point for excursions and sports activities.
The holiday apartment is located in a modern building constructed in 2010, designed to resemble a historic Lake Garda Limonaia, giving it a very special charm and character. The position about 80 meters above Toscolano-Maderno is unique and allows for a beautiful panoramic view. Yet, the old town of Maderno with its harbor and the beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes via a footpath.

We are a family with three children living in Munich and have loved Lake Garda for years. The deciding factor for choosing this complex/apartment was the breathtaking panoramic view, and still being able to reach the old town and the lake on foot. This combination, coupled with tranquility and the large pool, is pure relaxation.
