In this case, the following cancellation fees will apply: Cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge, cancellation up to the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 30%, cancellation up to the 21st day before the start of the rental period: 60%, cancellation up to the 14th day before the start of the rental period: 80%, thereafter and in case of no-show: 100%. The nearby towns of Gardone, a luxury resort from the early 20th century, and Saló, a small town with one of the most beautiful (and longest) lake promenades, invite you for walks, sightseeing, and shopping. Heading north from Toscolano-Maderno, you reach picturesque places like Bogliaco, Villa, and Gargnano, which also exude a lot of original charm.
Toscolano is an ideal starting point for excursions and sports activities.
Holiday destination
The holiday apartment is located in a modern building constructed in 2010, designed to resemble a historic Lake Garda Limonaia, giving it a very special charm and character. The position about 80 meters above Toscolano-Maderno is unique and allows for a beautiful panoramic view. Yet, the old town of Maderno with its harbor and the beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes via a footpath.
Getting there

Host informationWe are a family with three children living in Munich and have loved Lake Garda for years. The deciding factor for choosing this complex/apartment was the breathtaking panoramic view, and still being able to reach the old town and the lake on foot. This combination, coupled with tranquility and the large pool, is pure relaxation.

Wirklich eine schöne Ferienwohnung, gut ausgestattet und eine tolle Terrasse mit wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Oben auf dem Dach ein schöner Pool mit reservierten Liegen, die zu der Wohnung gehören und auch wieder Blick auf den See. Die Wohnung ist über eine kleine Wendeltreppe, die nur zu dieser Wohnung führt oder mit dem Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin Frau Aumann Stahl ist sehr herzlich , hat Anreiseweg gut beschrieben und auch alles andere hat super geklappt. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung und der Ausblick sind absolut super. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist top- es ist alles da was man braucht. Toll ist auch der Pool, welcher schnell für eine Abkühlung sorgt :)
Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar.
