Cancellation policy
We ask for your understanding when we require a booking deposit (down payment). The booking deposit will be retained as compensation if the service is not utilized. Consumer protection: We refer to the legal provisions Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005. Written cancellations up to 60 days before the start of the holiday will incur a charge of 50% of the price of the stay, and within the last 14 days, we will have to charge 100% of the price of the stay. Therefore, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. In the event of early departure or late arrival, we reserve the right to charge for the entire booked stay.

Our beautiful swimming pool with sun terrace provides a pleasant cool-down on hot days.
Getting there
You will leave the Mebo (expressway between Merano - Bolzano) at the Lana exit, heading towards Burgstall. Where the Romstraße branches off, turn left towards Merano. Follow this road until you see the restaurant "Hidalgo" on your right. Right behind the restaurant (before the bus stop), a path turns off to the right; follow it for another 50 meters and you will reach "Appartements Pension Sonnleiten" and thus the Rosa apartment.
