Cancellation policy
Cancellation by the guest:
from the 45th day until 36 days before the rental period, 40% of the rent will be retained, unless a substitute tenant can be found.
from the 35th day until 4 days before the rental period, 80% of the rent will be retained, unless a substitute tenant can be found.
from the 3rd day and in case of no-show 100% of the rent will be retained.
Covid-19:
If holiday guests have to cancel their stay in the reserved holiday home at short notice, due to short-term entry restrictions to France caused by the Corona pandemic, the rental amount already paid for the holiday home will be refunded to the holiday guests.
An administration fee of € 100,- for the agent will be charged.
