Cancellation policy
Upon booking/contract conclusion, you will transfer a deposit of 200 euros per week. The remaining payment, including the tourist tax, is due four weeks before the rental period begins.
If you are unable to start your trip, the deposit will be forfeited.
If you do not start your trip after paying the full rental price, you must provide a substitute tenant; otherwise, the remaining payment will be forfeited.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance (e.g., through ADAC).
In individual cases, we charge a security deposit of 200 euros.

Holiday destination
From our SEESTERNCHEN, the sea is easily accessible on foot or by bike. The 13-kilometer-long, white, clean, and safe sandy beaches are a wonderful attraction for sun worshippers, water sports enthusiasts, and families with children. The dunes and the adjacent pine forests unique to this area invite you to explore with extensive cycling, hiking, and horseback riding trails, as well as challenging mountain bike routes. Right by the park, restaurants, riding stables, and a top-notch ice cream parlor offer something for everyone and every taste.
Vibrant boulevards, nice shopping centers, good restaurants, and numerous events around Noordwijk complete the offerings.

We recommend arriving by car. Two parking spaces are available on the property, and additional secured parking can be found at the park entrance.

Host informationWe acquired our holiday home in the summer of 2019 and renovated it with great love. We named it "SEESTERNCHEN" because at the same time we were expecting our youngest daughter, our 5th family member, and she thus symbolizes the 5th arm of a little starfish.
Now we are looking forward to sharing this beautiful vacation spot with others, hoping that you will also take great pleasure in it and feel comfortable.

Das Haus ist super eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt.
Dadurch, dass das Grundstück komplett von einer hohen Hecke umgeben und eingezäunt ist, konnten wir die Hunde ohne Sorgen einfach in den Garten lassen. Das war für uns total entspannend.
Vor Ort kann man alles das machen, was man üblicherweise auch an einem Strand machen kann. Durch die zentrale Lage in den Niederlanden, ist man aber mit dem Fahrrad auch schnell in größeren Städten, wie z. B. Leiden. Eine Super-Kombination von Strandurlaub mit Sightseeing.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche im Seesternchen. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir buchen auf jeden Fall wieder und empfehlen das Seesternchen gerne weiter.
