Our holiday home is located in the beautiful Strandpark Scheldeveste in Breskens, right on one of the wide water channels of the holiday village. From here, it's just a short walk to the beach and sea.
The house features an open kitchen, a living/dining area, and a guest toilet on the ground floor. The terrace and garden face south.
The upper floor can be reached via a staircase. There, you will find 3 bedrooms, each equipped with double beds, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
The house has a parking space right in front of the door. Electric charging stations are available at the public parking lot at the park entrance - charging your car using the house's electricity network is not allowed.

Breskens is a small port town in the province of Zeeland, located at the mouth of the Westerschelde into the North Sea. The 4-kilometer long and very wide sandy beach invites you to swim, sunbathe, walk, and much more.
In the town itself, you will find various shops, supermarkets, and many restaurants.

Cancellation Policy
a) 10% of the rental fee if the cancellation is made up to 30 days before the start of the rental period,
b) 30% of the rental fee if the cancellation is made up to 21 days before the start of the rental period,
c) 50% of the rental fee if the cancellation is made up to 14 days before the start of the rental period,
d) 70% of the rental fee if the cancellation is made up to 7 days before the start of the rental period,
e) 90% of the rental fee if the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the start of the rental period
The cancellation fee may be waived if a replacement is found.
