Description

A very sunny flat with beautiful sea views overlooking Kingsgate Bay. You can see the arch in the chalk cliffs reaching into the sea and listen to the sea by night.

The flat is furnished to the highest standard. The parent's bedroom and livingroom/diner overlook the sea. The children's bedroom and kitchen overlook a charming victorian garden. There is a family shower room and an en suite bathroom for the parent's bedroom.

Special features

Bring your bicycles with you. The Thanet bicycle way is in front of the holiday house which goes along the coastal path.

Holiday destination

These self catering holiday apartments in Kent are located on the outskirts of Broadstairs. It is a great accommodation right opposite the sandy Kingsgate Bay. Here you will find the sea in front, an old castle (Kingsgate Castle) to your right and a comfortable family pub the "Captain Digby" to your left. The rear of the holiday apartment is surrounded by the North Foreland Golfcourse, which is overlooked by the nearby North Foreland Lighthouse. The famous surfing and holiday beach Joss Bay is right next to Kingsgate Bay.

Getting there

Die Überfahrt von Callais - Dover beträgt ungefähr 1 1/2 Stunden. Von Dover zur FeWo mit dem PKW sind es noch 30min Fahrtzeit.

Von Ostende - Ramsgate beträgt die Überfahrt ungefähr 4 Stunden. Von Ramsgate zur FeWo mit dem PKW sind es nur 10min Fahrzeit.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder. Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist der Hammer. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit ( wenn auch nur kurz).

Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für Familie mit und ohne Kindern. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und die Lage einfach atemberaubend. Mit dem Auto oder mit dem Zug kann man sehr viele Ziele erreichen und einen schönen Urlaub verbringen. Danke auch an die sehr nette, deutschsprachige Vermieterin die uns viele gute Tipps gab. Der Pub in Sichtweite auf den Klippen ist auf jeden Fall eine gute Ergänzung zu einem so schon schönem Urlaubsquartier.

Wunderschöner Sandstrand zum Erholen, viele kleine Ortschaften und Sehenswürdigkeiten zum Besichtigen, zahlreiche unkomplizierte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gut erreichbar von Deutschland. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub und können uns gut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen.
