Cancellation policy
5.2 The tenant is entitled to cancel or terminate the rental agreement in accordance with the following points.
a. Cancellation or termination must be made in writing and sent by registered mail, addressed to Schoonzicht Holiday.
b. If the cancellation occurs within 8 days of the reservation, the option right will take effect.
c. If cancellation occurs after 8 days and up to three months before the start of the rental period, 15% of the basic rent will be charged. If cancellation occurs between three months and one month before the start of the rental period, 50% of the basic rent will be charged. If cancellation occurs within a period of one month to one week before the start of the rental period, 75% of the basic rent will be charged. If cancellation occurs less than one week before the start of the rental period, the full basic rent will be charged. Administrative costs will be charged at any time in the event of a cancellation.
d. Upon receipt of the tenant's cancellation, the landlord will issue a cancellation invoice, taking into account the above-mentioned regulations. Any payments already made will be settled according to the content of the cancellation invoice. Amounts in favor of the tenant will be transferred to their account.

The distance to the beach and the North Sea is about 1800 m, which is easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. You can also enjoy beautiful walks and bike rides in the surrounding area. The small villages around Oostkapelle are also worth a visit, or you can go to Middelburg for shopping. Also, visit the Veerse Meer or the Delta Park Neeltje Jans.

You will drive on the A58 until the Arnemuiden exit onto the N57 and then towards Serooskerke.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in diesem schönen Häuschen, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Alles schön neu und sauber, modern und schick eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Garten mit Wohlfühl-Lounge, eine sehr schöne, ruhige Wohngegend und zum Strand nur ca. 2,5 km zu Fuß. Auch der Ort Oostkapelle hat sich sehr entwickelt und bietet alles, was man braucht. Auch oder gerade mit einem Kind (oder auch 2) ist es ein toller Platz. Wir fanden es klasse und kommen gerne wieder! Tot ziens!
