Cancellation policy
If the RENTER cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The date of cancellation is considered to be the date on which the notice of cancellation is received (on Sundays or public holidays, the following working day applies). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total amount of the reservation.

Holiday apartment Tancel is located in the district of Porec called Porec Jug, just 700 meters from Brulo beach, sports facilities, and restaurants. The city center can be reached with a 15-minute walk. The landlord lives on the ground floor of the house and parking is available in front of the house.

The tourist office is open daily from 09:00 to 20:00 during the summer months. Please check in here. Upon presentation of your voucher, you will be picked up by the owner of your holiday accommodation or guided to your holiday apartment by a pilot.
If you are unable to arrive within the agency's opening hours due to traffic jams or other circumstances, please contact the agency by phone in good time.
