Cancellation policy
"Prepayment amount" = 20% (out of the total rent price) must be paid in order to confirm the booking. Cancel free of charge for any reason, up to 61 days before arrival (valid for all bookings made from 06.02.2021). If you cancel 36 to 60 days before arrival, you will get a refund of 1/4 of the `prepayment amount`. If you cancel 35 days (and less) before arrival, "prepayment amount" is not refundable. COVID-19 FREE CANCELLATION Free cancellation of reservation stay will be granted to guests in the following Covid-19 related travel disruptions: - closure of the border of the country of the Guest, or closure of the Croatian border, for tourist trips (border closure restriction must be applied onto the part or the whole reservation stay period) - in the event of a new wave of pandemic in the Guest’s home country or in Croatia, if Governments declare a state of pandemic and lockdown / quarantine of all citizens (officially declared pandemic state must be applied onto the part or the whole reservation stay period) - in case that during the Guest’s vacation stay at our rental property, the Guest’s home country applies mandatory self-isolation, as an official obligation, for all tourist travelers returning from Croatia, the host can approve a refund for unused overnight stays, or he can offer a voucher for unused overnight stays to be used in season 2022 (it’s host’s choice on what option will be offered)

Das Ferienhaus Captains zeigt sich so wie auf den Bildern. Mit Liebe eingerichtet, sauber und man hat alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage war für uns sehr gut. Mit dem Auto ist man gleich in Pula zum einkaufen oder am Meer. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und hatten viele gute Tipps für uns. Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gleich wieder gebucht.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche im Ferienhaus Captains. Das Haus ist frisch modernisiert, sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles ist so, wie es beschrieben ist und auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Wir hatten extra ein Haus gesucht, das nicht weit weg vom Meer ist, aber letztendlich haben wir zumeist das Haus und den Pool genossen. Einziger erwähnenswerter aber wirklich kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Internetanbindung ist etwas langsam, da braucht man etwas Geduld. Aber viel wichtiger: Die Gastgeber sind wirklich sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Wirklich empfehlenswertes Haus!
