Cancellation policy
Delay in payment, withdrawal, cancellation and interruption of stay
If the renter defaults on payment, if the renter withdraws from the contract or if the renter cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period, without naming a new renter who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following prorated rents (less ancillary costs & visitor's tax) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the spared expenses, in addition to a processing fee of EUR 50, insofar as it is not possible to rent out the property to another lessee:
-up to 49 days before the rental period begins: 10% of the rental fee
- up to 35 days before arrival: 40% of the rental price
-up to 21 days before the rental period begins: 60% of the rental fee
-up to 14 days before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental fee
otherwise (less than 14 days before the rental period begins): 100% of the rental fee
3. In case of an early departure, the lessee is obliged to pay the rental fee in full. A cancellation must be made in writing (email accepted). The date when the notice is received shall be deemed the effective date.

Bresken and its surrounding area offer numerous restaurants and bistros, among them even Michelin star restaurants. Fishing expeditions leave from the harbour.

Droompark Schoneveld welcomes you in Breskens in the province Zeeland, only 650m from the beach.
It offers a terrace, a playground, a bowling lane and a restaurant. The holiday residence also provides free parking. There's also an indoor pool.

Es könnte ein bisschen gemütlicher sein. Bilder und Vorhänge sind sehr dunkel.
Dekoration gibt es keine. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr eng und sowohl dort und im Bad fehlt eine Ablage. Ein Radio wäre auch schön. Allerdings sind die Sessel sehr bequem und der Esstisch ist sehr schön. Und es ist alles sehr sauber.
