Twice a week there is about 21.00 live music in the village square of Pitsidia in the evening. You can get to know the greek music and expressive dances of Crete. We can arrange the following trips for you: Boat trip, jeep safari / hike Samaria gorge / mountain trip to Psiloritis / Arcadi monastery and pottery village "Magarites" / nature conservation island "Chrissi".
Holiday destination
Pitsidia is ideally situated on the central south coast of Crete to explore the ancient palace of Phaistos, the archaeological site of Gortyna and Agia Triada, the Monastery "Moni Odigitria", the museum of Vori and of course the beautiful beaches of Matala, Red Beach, Komos , Agio Farago, etc. To the beautiful undeveloped sandy beach "Komos" you walk about 20 minutes on a dirt road. By car on the asphalt road you are in 5 minutes at the beach.
Getting there
Your destination airport should be Heraklion, as it is only 50 minutes away from Pitsidia. Gladly we organize for you an airport shuttle including a car rental reservation on the spot, so that you can relax during the ride . You will get your ordered car at the desired time directly at the villa. This saves you unnecessary waiting times at the rental car counter in Heraklion. At the exit of the arrival hall you will be personally met by our German and English-speaking driver and your well-deserved vacation begins without delay

We had an amazing week at the Villa with 3 generations of our family, 6 adults and one toddler. There was plenty of space for us all and plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. The Villa really is a home from home. You can manage without a car as there is a supermarket 10 min walk away and a few restaurants in the village. The Villa has an amazing view, and we experienced stunning sunsets looking out to the sea.

Beautiful house overlooking the beautiful beach of Kommos. Very peaceful area surrounded by olive trees - no noise nearby and easy access ( car is mandatory though) to the village of Matama , Kalamaki and other beach places . the House is elegantly designed with all facilities and very well adapted to family and friends vacations.we can definitely recommend the house for people seeking a peaceful retreat by the sea . we loved the beach of Komos which is amazing , clear waters and nice sunbathing areas .
