Villa Durante is a lovely private villa with pool in Le Marche region located a few km from the center of Cagli. The property is completely fenced-in and offers its guests a large garden with a panoramic swimming pool. There is a porch ideal for al fresco dining.It is also possible to go on horseback excursions.
The villa is on two floors both with direct access to the garden. On the ground floor there is a large hall overlooking the dining room, a living room with TV, a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom, a bedroom with French bed, a large double bedroom with single bed and a bathroom with shower, double bedroom and lovely mezzanine floor with two single beds. An internal staircase leads to the lower level where there is a large living room with TV and sofa, a bathroom with shower and laundry area.

Pipe festival in late May; the historical Game of the Goose (Gioco dell’Oca o Palio storico) being held every year on the second Sunday of August through the streets of the historic centre; the event Cagli delle Musiche, an evening entirely dedicated to music in the month of August; the annual Barbecue party held in the town square in mid-June; the Good Friday Commemoration.
Nearest town centre is Cagli, a city full of history. During your stay you can visit the old tower Torrione, the beautiful town theatre and the many old churches and buildings. Most imprtant event during the summer is the Palio dell'Oca (August).
