Description

Our "LA VILLETTA" is a very beautiful outbuilding of an Art Nouveau villa. The cottage is fully and very comfortably furnished. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with a kitchenette and satellite TV, while on the first floor you will find the bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, and a beautiful balcony overlooking Lake Garda.
Outside, there is a large terrace, always with a magnificent and expansive view of the lake, equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, and sun loungers.
Parking space for one car is also available, and nearby at 150 meters (private garage included in the rental price).
The house was completely restored in 2017. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available.

Centrally located yet very quiet - The house is situated in the center of Malcesine, accessible from a very quiet alley.
The harbor, Scaliger Castle, supermarket, cable car, restaurants, shops, and bars are all nearby, there's no need for a car, the beautiful lakeside promenade and beach are about 500 meters away.
The bus station is 200 meters from the house as well as the landing stage for the boats.

Erholung mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Gardasee

Malcesine und die Unterkunft la Viletta haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt und waren total begeistert von der sonnigen Terrasse inkl. atemberaubenden Blick auf den Gardasee und über die Stadt.
Die Wege zum See und in die Stadt sind kurz und trotzdem hat man ausreichend Privatsphäre. Die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich in Empfang genommen und sogar beim Koffertragen geholfen. Der Parkplatz zur Unterkunft ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und sehr praktisch.

Wir waren das erste Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Ausstattung ist top. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Super Location für einen tollen Urlaub

Die FeWo ist zwar klein, aber absolut sauber. Die Böden sind gefliest, die Verarbeitung der teilweise auch höherwertigen Materialien ist sehr gut. Wir hatten zwei große Terrassen mit Blick auf den See bzw. auf die Burg von Malcesine. Außerdem steht noch ein Balkon mit Seeblick zur Verfügung. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass man das Haus nicht mit dem Auto anfahren kann (Entfernung bis zu dem dazugehörigen Garagenplatz ca. 150 m). Der Vermieter hat geholfen, das Gepäck vom Auto zum Haus zu bringen. Nach einer Woche wurden die Handtücher gewechselt. Das Haus ist absolut ruhig gelegen und jederzeit zu empfehlen!
