Centrally located yet very quiet - The house is situated in the center of Malcesine, accessible from a very quiet alley.
The harbor, Scaliger Castle, supermarket, cable car, restaurants, shops, and bars are all nearby, there's no need for a car, the beautiful lakeside promenade and beach are about 500 meters away.
The bus station is 200 meters from the house as well as the landing stage for the boats.

Die Wohnung war fantastisch. Große Terrasse und mehrere Balkone so dass man sich auch immer ein schattiges Plätzchen suchen konnte. Und immer mit Blick auf den Gardasee und die Altstadt. Die Wohnug war modern und gut ausgestattet. Sehr nette Eigentümer. Da die Wohnung oberhalb der Altstadt liegt, ist ein steiler Weg mit Treppe zu bewältigen aber das war vorher bekannt. Parkgarage für das Auto 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, sehr praktisch. Sehr zu empfehlen übrigens die Pizzeria Capri direkt unterhalb der Wohnung gegenüber. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung in der man vom Trubel in der Altstadt trotz der zentralen Lage nichts mitbekommt. Zum Baden muss man natürlich etwas laufen, ca 15 Minuten entweder hinter der Burg oder in die andere Richtung die Promenade entlang.

Malcesine und die Unterkunft la Viletta haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt und waren total begeistert von der sonnigen Terrasse inkl. atemberaubenden Blick auf den Gardasee und über die Stadt.
Die Wege zum See und in die Stadt sind kurz und trotzdem hat man ausreichend Privatsphäre. Die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich in Empfang genommen und sogar beim Koffertragen geholfen. Der Parkplatz zur Unterkunft ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und sehr praktisch.
