Your holiday home Fießmann is located in the district of Au near Längenfeld in a quiet yet central location. The house contains 3 separate bedrooms and a cozy living room with a tiled stove. Additionally, you have 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, free Wi-Fi, balcony, terrace, and a ski/boot room with boot dryer at your disposal. Nearby, there is an inn and a bakery. The free ski bus stops about 60 meters from the house and heads towards Sölden (about 16 km). Also in close proximity, in winter, is the cross-country ski trail and in summer the Ötztal cycle path, several via ferratas, and various hiking routes. The Aqua Dome - Tirol Therme Längenfeld can be reached in about 4 km.
The holiday home is in an absolutely central location. You can start skiing or hiking directly from the house.

The Ötztal is one of the most famous and popular holiday destinations in Austria. It offers a multitude of possibilities, especially for hikers, mountain bikers, and cyclists. Whether it's a comfortable family hike or an active tour along the glaciers.
But skiing in the Ötztal also means enjoying more of everything: 6 ski resorts, including two glacier ski areas and
350 kilometers of slopes. With Sölden and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl, two of the most well-known winter sports resorts in the Alps are located in the valley.
Drive on the Ötztaler Bundesstraße towards Längenfeld. In the district of Au, follow the road for about 250 m, then turn right. Our house is located after about 60 m on the left side.
