Whenever you cancel, we strive to rent our holiday apartment to other guests. If this is the case, we will only charge a cancellation fee of 25.00 EUR.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
In the event of withdrawal from a binding booking, we charge cancellation fees according to the following scale:
- up to 30 days before arrival: 25.00 EUR
- 14 - 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
- 0 - 14 days before arrival: 90% of the total price

Die Buchung war für uns ein Glücksgriff:
Das Haus und das Außengelände war für die Teenager und unseren Hund perfekt. Der Pool wurde täglich von uns genutzt. Der Hund konnte sich frei draußen bewegen ohne Sorge um Ausbruchsmöglichkeiten. Die großzügige Küche hat zum gemeinsamen Kochen eingeladen. Durch die Alleinlage haben wir uns draußen ungestört gefühlt. Auf der anderen Straßenseite steht ein weiteres Haus.
Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.
Die Buchung dieses Ferienhauses kann ich absolut weiterempfehlen.

Das Casa ist wunderschön geschmackvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet, es fehlt einfach an nichts.
Die Lage ist super wenn man es ruhig haben möchte. Man kann am Pool entspannen, ist aber auch in relativ kurzer Zeit an den Hotspots der Toskana. Es ist definitiv eine Reise wert!
