If the booking is cancelled 42 days prior to arrival, you will be refunded 100% of the booking fee. If you cancel 30 to 42 days prior to arrival, you will be refunded 50% of the booking fee. Otherwise there will be no refund.

Holiday destination
Only an eight minute stroll away from the beach, and a 15 minute stroll away form the city center, you absolutely have the best of both worlds, beach and relaxation as well as cultural and city life, as for example Pulas amphitheatre and a variety of other beautiful sights. Several good restaurants are in walking distance. There is a produce market, a supermarket, a drugstore, a bank, a pharmacy and several bakeries literally down the street, a 2-minute walk away from the apartment.

There are many airlines flying from several metropoles directly to Pula.

Wir haben uns in der sehr gut ausgestatteten und toll gelegenen Ferienwohnung Lause super wohl gefühlt. Da wir sehr oft Ferienwohnungen nutzen, haben wir auch viele Vergleichsmöglichkeiten und waren deshalb von der außergewöhnlichen Qualität und dem Service sehr begeistert.
Gern empfehlen wir auch unserer Familie und unseren Freunden diesen schönen Ort für entspannte und erlebnisreiche Tage weiter und werden sicher auch einmal wiederkommen. Danke Familie Lause für eine wunderschöne Zeit !

Wir wurden vom Gastgeber herzlich empfangen und es entstand eine entspannte familiäre Atmosphäre. Da sich die Wohnung im zweiten Stockwerk befindet, ohne Aufzug, übernahm er das hinauftragen des Reisegepäcks mit den anderen beiden männlichen Gästen. In der Wohnung hat es eine Klimaanlage und leise rotierenden Deckenventilatoren, um sie auf eine angenehme Temperatur zu bringen. Bei unserer Ankunft waren gekühlte Getränke bereit im Kühlschrank. Ebenso erfreuten uns die Äpfel und der Blumenstrauß. Die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, ebenfalls mit einem modernen, gut funktionierenden Gasherd und einem großen Kühlschrank. Wir haben gut geschlafen in den Betten. Der Markt, dm und Konsum sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die schönen Strände sind felsig und steinig, darum unbedingt Badeschuhen mitnehmen.
