Firstly, the Irrsee, nestled in the gentle rolling hills, captivates all the senses! As a pure nature reserve, it is the oasis of tranquility in the Mondseeland. Less traffic, less noise, only fishing boats and paddlers on the lake. The holiday apartment's bathing jetty is located on the private grounds of the estate, giving you the privilege of privacy, freedom, and peace. The surroundings offer wonderful hiking and excursion opportunities, with Mondsee, Attersee, Wolfgangsee, Drachenwand, Schafberg, climbing tours, "Sound of Music" pastures, the city of Salzburg, cuisine, culture, etc., all in the immediate vicinity.

Wir fühlen uns immer sehr wohl in der schönen, voll ausgestatteten Wohnung mitten im idyllisc hen Naturschutzgebiet. Einmalige Lage, der Blick auf See und Berge ist jeden Tag wieder ein Genuss. Der private Zugang zum See ist ganz toll - so kann man ab vomTrubel im schönen Irrsee schwimmen und die Natur geniessen. Auch ein öffentliches Strandbad ist keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Die fröhliche Vermieterin ist super tierlieb und harmonisch im Umgang mit Haus, Garten, Tier und Mensch. 2 Natur,- und Wanderfreaks aus Wien
